Wow

What. A. Game.

Wow.

Thanks for nothing, Buffalo, by the way.  Did it never occur to your defensive coaches that maybe playing half your secondary 20+ yards off the line of scrimmage when the Cowboys only needed 10 yards to move into field goal range was maybe not the best strategy?

But hey, five INTs for Romo, Owens can't catch a cold and the Cowboys just struggled on Monday Night Football against what really isn't a very good team.  You can call it a look-ahead game if you want, but I think it's more that the hot start is officially over.

Damn. It would have been nice if the Bills could just recover an onside kick. Or had been more willing to settle for a FG on the drive in which Howard through his INT. Such an unnecessarily risky play call...

But, we had no reason to hope at all that the Bills could knock off Dallas, and the fact that they played so badly and was still in position to win showed how much better they were than Buffalo.

What annoys me most about that game from an Eagles fan perspective (other than the obvious Cowboys' win) is that TO was looking really sulky on the sidelines. With all his drops, Romo's 5 INTs, I really thought this could have been the TO-implosion that I've been hoping so fervently for him.

He's been a model citizen so far this season. It can't last, can it?

It's odd that the media can't remember what a great guy TO was in Philly... when they were winning. He's a fair weather fan. Tony Romo will endure his wrath eventually, it's inevitable.

Except that McNabb is not already in the Hall of Fame, and Romo is. Why wouldn't TO want to play with God's gift to football?

(Sorry, the constant Romo-fluffing, even in the midst of a 5INT game, annoys me).

I don't usually pull for the Pats, but they have a good chance of smoking the Cowboys next weekend. Romo is most definitely a work in progress -- those picks were ALL HIS FAULT. These were bobbles or tips; he was hitting defenders in the chest all night.

Pick up the NE defense in your imaginary football leagues....
