Cowboys Film Review
This is a fantastic look at how the Eagles defensed Romo and the Cowboys from the Dallas Morning News. I'm jealous. It's that good. I'm not even going to paste any excerpts because there's no excuse for not clicking that link.
----------
The link comes from Certified McNabb Hater Dan from the comments. The piece is so good, I'll even re-post his review complete with Anthony Spencer dig:
It makes for fascinating reading about how Jim Johnson adjusted to what the Cowboys did to them last time.
And how they thwarted Romo throwing to an area vacated by blitzers inbound on him.
Very interesting.
And for those who would like to see what the ANTHONY SPENCER draft pick meant for the Cowboys, go read some of those blog entries.
But Dan, of all people you should be happy about the tradedown for Kolb :)

Great find.
The last paragraph almost confused me into thinking that the Eagles weren't a 6-8 team that's been eliminated from the playoffs!
(Almost.)

We have to be patient about Kolb.
It's too early to judge the results of that trade.
The Dallas Morning News has a blog that is unlike anything we enjoy in Philadelphia. Some blogs, {such as you for instance} have tried to perform that task. But without access to the actual game tape, you're simply ill-equipped to analyze in depth.
Seeing the game tape changes your understanding of the game, and your understanding of what happened.
I wrote an email to the NFL Network asking them to show the game film from some of the great games of the week on their channel. I also asked if they wouldn't do that, to air the game tape on their website.
If we can create enough pressure, from fans all across the fruited plain, we might get to see more of the game.
The Cowboys played a strange game tonight. Racked up huge yardage, but only 20 points, and only three in the 2d half.
Very strange for them.
Those pronouncing T.O.s doom because of his injury are mistaken however. WE KNOW more than just about anyone, {except maybe the Patriots' fans} what T.O. can do, at 75%, 80% or whatever.
He'll be back; he wants that ring bad, as does Terry Glenn.

But by the way, HAPPY HOLIDAYS one and all, whether adamant McNabb defender or McNabb hater. Regardless of your views, Happy Holidays.
I got ticketed tonight coming back from dinner at the Stockton Inn, over in the Garden State. I was clocked at 64 in a 40mph zone.
Needless to say it became a very expensive dinner.
