Obligatory Mark Whipple Update

Pittsburgh QB on the newest member of the Eagles' coaching staff:
Ben Roethlisberger said he missed his daily consultations with former quarterbacks coach Mark Whipple, who is now an Eagles offensive assistant. Whipple was a member of the Steelers' staff that won Super Bowl XL following the 2005 season, but was not retained when head coach Bill Cowher left after 2006.
"The Eagles got a great coach in 'Whip.' I'm really disappointed that we lost him," Roethlisberger said. "I would have loved for him to be my coach for a really long time. He really is a great mentor, a great coach. He's a guy that knows how to work with a player regardless of whether they are a veteran or a rookie."
