I now understand far better than I did at the time why so many commenters seemed to be obsessed with the issue of baby sleeping schedules when I first told y'all about the new familial addition. At the time, we could barely keep the one week old awake long enough to finish eating.
That is no so much a problem any more...
All of which is to say, last night was shot, so the additional red zone stuff is on hold awhile. I'll get back to it next week.
Also [in that preview of coming attractions voice], it's looking pretty good for a special offseason treat to show up on the blog on Tuesday [Except that I just checked my DVR and the season-ending Cowboys game has mysteriously disappeared. So cancel that. Grrrrrrr.]. I'll need to carve a fair amount of time out of the weekend to do it, but since I'm getting roped into a spousal social engagement on Saturday night, I've got some bargaining power.
(Right now, the college kids are saying to themselves, "Boy, does he sound whipped," while the married dudes are thinking, "Wait, when's he going to mow the lawn?" You'll get yours some day, Sundars of the world.)
