Hyperextended Knee For WR Jackson
Wide receiver DeSean Jackson hyperextended his right knee during Saturday's morning workout. The injury updated was provided by Derek Boyko, the team's director of football media services.
In other injury-related news, rookie tight end Cornelius Ingram underwent an MRI on his knee Saturday morning. No word on the results.
So let me get this straight: DeSean Jackson goes down with a knee injury (and these things seem to have been vastly underestimated by the team and media recently -- Bradley's knee injury was initially reported as being no big deal) and Cornelius Ingram is going back for an MRI on the knee that seemed so prone to reinjury that the rest of the league let him drop to the 5th round despite his obvoius talent. Yep, it's yet another "Banner" day for the best roster in the NFL.
