Brandon Graham Signs
Posted by Scoutsnotebook |
Good news. Brandon Graham has agreed to a 5-year deal with the Eagles. He missed a couple of days of rookie practices, but will get a full dose of hitting and going against veterans. Good job by the Eagles, the agent, and Graham. Now all Brandon has to do is go out and be mega-awesome, ASAP.

The Eagles added WR Jared Perry and let go of Kevin Jurovich due to an injury situation. Too bad for Kevin. I liked him. Here's the PE.com blurb on Perry:
Originally a rookie free agent signing of the San Francisco 49ers following the 2010 draft, Perry (6-1, 177) played in 52 games (27 starts) at the University of Missouri, and recorded 137 receptions for 1,844 yards and 13 touchdowns in his career. He was released by the 49ers on July 26.
A college teammate of Eagles WR Jeremy Maclin and TE Martin Rucker, the 22-year-old Perry finished second on the team with 46 receptions for 696 yards and six TDs as a senior in 2009. He also earned honorable mention freshman All-America honors in 2006. A native of La Marque, TX, Perry starred in both football and track at La Marque HS.
My thoughts on Perry...possession receiver. Able to beat press coverage. Has pretty good hands. Can go up and get the ball. Never displayed much in the way of RAC ability. Lacks ideal playing speed. Limited pro potential.
